Support for Founders
and Leaders
Project No. 9 was created to reach more founders with the strategies that got my brand and others into big name stores like Dillards and Free People, big venues like Dodger’s Stadium and TAO Group, and big publications like NY Times, Food & Wine, and more.
Our mission is to help entrepreneurs strategically launch or market their business with consulting, courses, and a community that are cost-efficient and flexible, using ever-evolving expertise and real-world experience to guide founders and help nurture their startup or small business growth.
About Faye Postma
For 20+ years, I’ve launched my own startups, ran an LA-based marketing agency for Fortune 500 brands, advised SMBs on how to best stretch their marketing budget, and helped over a dozen other entrepreneurs launch their businesses as a consultant or mentor.
From a young secretary at a law firm (while simultaneously writing my first business plan sitting in Barnes & Noble and conducting anthropological research in the lab) to fashion design intern, office manager, ad account executive, director of business development, head of marketing, and finally, CEO, I use my personal journey and the tips, tricks, tools, and experience I gathered along the way to help entrepreneurs, new founders, and even tenured C-suite executives develop strategies from launch to leadership.

Services
Emerging or small to medium size businesses need a cohesive marketing leader to help ensure that all areas, from social media to creative content are firing on all cylinders, but a full-time CMO is fiscally out of reach for most SMBs. A fractional CMO can bring a new viewpoint and necessary leadership to your organization.
Fractional CMO
From solopreneurs to tenured business owners and CMOs, advising helps you get a fresh view on your business and gaps you might be missing in your brand or marketing strategy.
Starting with The One Weekend Marketing Strategy (OWMS), you can stop “throwing stuff against the wall to see if it sticks” and instead create a smart, actionable strategy that delivers measurable and sustainable results for your organization.
Workshops
Whether speaking at events and conferences or delivering in-person or live workshops, Faye create engaging and enlightening content that speaks to the stakeholders of our organization.
Geared specifically to women and LGBTQIA, Faye’s coaching blends practical, no-BS strategies with humor, heart, and thoughtful mindset shifts (or just a dash of “woo”).
